Inhale the
extraordinary
Premium hookah, craft cocktails, and a laid-back atmosphere on East Wingohocking Street. Your neighborhood lounge, redefined.
A smoke lounge
done right
Tucked into a quiet stretch of East Wingohocking Street, 911 Hooka Bar was built for one reason: to give Philadelphia a place that takes hookah seriously without the pretense.
We source our tobacco from the finest producers, prepare every bowl to order, and keep our lounge cool, clean, and genuinely comfortable. Whether you're unwinding after work or hanging with friends on a weekend evening, this is your spot.
The menu
From signature blends to cold drinks, everything here is designed to match the mood.
